RMT Club Certification


The WeckMethod RMT Club is specifically designed to enhance functional strength training, mobility training, athletic movement, and balance by improving the rotational movements and non-dominant movements of the body. This one of a kind training tool allows you to perform a multitude of different functional exercises from sport specific, to full body, to isolation on targeted areas.

The RMT Club Instructor Training course will teach you new and innovative techniques to improve both you and your clients athleticism, movement skills and functional strength from head to toe. The RMT Club course begins with an introduction to Rotational Movement Training™ and how the RMT Club is used in conjunction with those movement patterns. You will learn the key features of the RMT Club, their purposes, and essential applications. You will learn specific exercises including skill based, full body, and high intensity. We will teach you specialized programming and training formats for individuals, small groups, and group x.

All in all, the RMT Club course runs approx. 8 hours with breaks in between for snacks and lunch. Each participant will be provided manuals, PDFs, and most importantly online access to a full library of updated exercises, new content, articles, and downloadable programming formats.

You will obtain a certificate of completion at end of this course. Your instructor certificate is good for 2-years as long as you actively participate in the continued education offered for this program.

Equipment is provided as part of the certification class at a discounted rate. If you chose not to purchase equipment during registration, just select the pricing option which does not include equipment. Equipment can be drop shipped to your preferred location or available for pick-up at the training facility.

We will have water at each facility, however, it's a good idea to bring bottled water so you can quickly grab it during breaks. As always, please wear suitable workout clothes, appropriate footwear, and a towel for perspiration. Lunch is not provided, however, there are many healthy options close by. We also recommend bringing a snack or two to tide you over.
